my 14 months old baby is refusing all drinks and food only he wants breast milk from 3 days what is the issue

Teething King of early to behaviour like this so I think you should check the gums of your child is going to give you hundred percent assurance if that is the problem and if that is not the thing that you may as well get a check with your paediatrician ones please
