there is pus accumulated beneath the swelling.
there is a possibility that you may require antibiotics to decrease the infection which has caused formation of pus.
so kindly visit the doctor.
for pain you can give paracetamol as well as ibugesic if needed. if the swelling burst and pus comes out you can apply t bact cream

It looks like little bit of swelling into that place so I would recommend you one time that you should definitely get it checked with your doctor check it personally to see how much hurt your child has got I know that this is only they can advise you with a medication and treatmentWrite Your Answer Here
