my 13months baby has heat rashes around the neck,which turning into black,its itchy too,kindly suggest treatment

offer more liquids and fruits.
maintain hygiene.
once consult your paediatrician for proper examination of the child and start treatment as advised by your doctor

Apply Oil onto that area as of now or you can apply calamine lotion also want to that area but is the turning black it would be better that you please consult your paediatrician and go ahead with proper treatment for the same because certain times these things can be tricky for proper treatment is required
