my 13 month old baby cholera vaccine is due but at our place docs are saying it is not mandatory to give and some says in India it is not mandatory...anyone facing same issue...and how are you dealing it? please guide and advice...thanks in advance

vaccine is very important to increase the immunity of the body. very important to complete the course of vaccination which come before 5 years of age because this is the age group in which children are prone to vaccine preventable diseases.
contact your doctor who will tell you which vaccines are important for your child and which vaccines are optional.
optional vaccine only depends upon the immunity status of the child as well as upon the endemic diseases of your area
