my 13 month daughter is suffering from fever since today morning i gave pcm( dolo) what else I can do any anti biotic or othr medicine?

A. continue Dolo once in 6 th hour Fever is the response of the body against foreign infection like virus bacteria etc no need to use any medicines unless the temperature is more than hundred degrees
