my 12 months baby skin is getting dry especially neck and underarm. and skin becoming black and peeling even after applying baby moisturing lotion(atogla) may I know what could be the reason and any solution

apply thin layer of baby soothing Calamine lotion on it

it might happen because of sweating or reaction to that particular product
so for now ,stop using that particular product
keep that area clean,use Babyhug wipes for this
choose Cotton clothes for your child
avoid tight clothing
