my 11 month old son poty smells my mom tels me for tht hav to giv him losemotion medicine his stomach gets clean nu bt my concern wht to giv for him to clean his stomach plz suggest me

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Loose motion are mostly infective which could be bacterial or viral in origin.
the most important thing is fluid and electrolyte imbalance which can cause dehydration and further complications which should be managed pderoperly.
Initially probiotics can be given along with zinc supplement and ors solution.
Antibiotics should be given if required by the doctor only .
