my 11 month old boy suffering from loose motion and cough together, what is the issue, has he suffered from heat wave or something else

Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with management for dehydhjration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous hfigh grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment

looks like having viral Infection
so please keep your child well hydrated.
give decocotion made up with warm water, Tulsi leaves and pinch of salt ,give it in 2 tbsp quantity every 2 hours.
dress your child lightly.
give sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day
