hii . my daughter 3 month 12 days she suffered from loose motion problem shall we give it suspension to the baby or not

Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mudcous high grade fever thahun it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment
