my 11 mnt old baby boy had fever, cold and cough. please suggest the food. he likes to eat all types of food . but for the situation right now I don't know which food is good for baby

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. it is important to continue the regular diet of the child and the diet during cough and cold will not change much. but it is always advisable to give easily digestible food and do not force the child for food and if the child is taking around 60% to 70% of the diet then also it's fine.
during cough and cold it is important to give plenty of fluids and water to the child which will helpx in recovery and also citrus fruits are advisable.
diet to avoid
biscuits, maida, ice creams, cold food items, chocolate, chips and anyx packet food, sweet sugary item, cakes , cookies.
