my 11 day old baby is vomiting after every feed even after burping, and passing loose watery stools upto 10 times per day but the weight gain is 300 GM's in 11 days, what should we do?

Loose mgotion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with mfanagement for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment
