my baby is 10 days old and passing watery stools everytime after breastfeeds

Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loosvhe motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fevegr than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment
