my 10months old has this type of tiny lil red pimples under his mouth, is this cold sore ? he doesn't have fever after getting this. should I consult paediatric for this !?

A. might be some skin infection it is.. keep good skin hygiene. Details of clinical examination and associated symptoms are required, it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.
