my 10 months baby has white spots on top of mouth and tongue. white patches on tongue. what might be the reason

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. the baby is 10 months of age most of the times the white patches will be fungal infection that is oral thrush please consult a doctor for proper examination medicines to the baby
