My 10 month old baby vomiting after eat and stomach bloating feel and freaquent belching and watery stool. What is the reason

A. Well you should connect with your doctor could be due to disturbance in stomach it could be associated with food poisoning stomach infection without a proper assessment I cannot confirm on anything so please check with your doctor start with course of medication
