my 10 month old baby body temperature fluctuate. why?

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children2 months agoA. mam this can be due to teething in the baby. please massage baby gums with clean cotton cloth for easy teething. also give homeopathy medicine bc21 to the baby. keep the baby in AC during summers. also bathe the baby twice a day. if the fever is more than 100 then you can give calpol syrup to the baby.
