my 10 month baby shows allergy symptoms to egg yolk can I continue or stop

If your child is showing allergy symptoms already then how can you continue with something which is creating trouble to the child maybe your child is genuinely allergy to egg protein you should not be giving it to the child for further understanding you just have to go ahead with conducting an allergy test
