My 10 month 16 days old soon is suffering from loose motions due to which his anus area has become red in colour with rashes. please tell me what to do

A. hi apply Coconut oil or Babyhug antirash cream there keep your child well hydrated give natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc more stop giving New food items for now
