Q.
My 10 days old had a poor latch which led to cracked nipples, soreness and blanching. Now the soreness is gone and crack is still healing. The blanching still exists. I see a white streak of line after feed. Will it go away once the crack completely heals?

give your baby is in the right position,
Lightly compress your breast, giving it a shape more closely resembling your baby's mouth.
Turn her mouth toward your breast; then tickle her lips with your nipple until her mouth is open wide.Allowing her to take your nipple and areola into her mouth.
use nipple shield while feeding, apply nip care cream
