If your child still hasn’t got any teeth then use tongue cleaner which is silicon tongue cleaner easily available at any pharmacy clean the tongue whenever you’re giving a bath to the child in the evening and in the night before sleeping and if your child eat fresh properly with a toothbrush and toothpaste
