NikithaMom of a 11 yr old boy1 Year agoA. hello it can be due to oral trush and it would be a better to try cleaning using a tongue cleaner from any baby brand like babyhug or you can even use a soft clean cloth which also would be beneficial to clean the tongue and any concern you can check your doctor
