My 1 year 3 month old baby boy has physiological phimosis and is applying neosporin h ointment as per doctors advice.. since few days I noticed white spots ( not discharge) at the urethral opening … Is this smegma or anything else…

A. Mam assessment we cannot confirm but if you already under the treatment for the child it would be good for you to connect with your doctor for better clarity and they can give you an understanding about the reason why the spots are there

Q. My 1 year and 1 month old baby has straining on urination .. consulted Pediatrician and found to have had physiological phimosis . Dr. advised to apply neosporin H once daily for 1 month.. so that he was started the same … following the day of application my baby developed increased frequency of urination ( around 5 times in an hour)… what will be the reason for it??? Is it because of the neosporin H or something else?!

Q. Last time baby was suffering from abdominal pain and we found UTI and phimosis dilation performed. After that UTJoy syrup with Neosporin H continued. Again same symptoms came and baby is doing pee with forcefully. we are applying neosporin H again and some relief is there in Peeing but not in pain. he complaints twice or thrice in a day.
