Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello dear parent, if baby was hurt soemwhere then it could be a wound. But if not hurt anywhere then it could be any infection or mosquito bite. Better consult with your paediatric once. Good luck and take care
