Q.
my 1.5 year old son got fever for the past today's his body temperature is high doctor prescribed us mefthal syrup. and he asked us to take medical test for dengue and CPR now the dengue is negative but I don't understand about the CPR can you please explain as because the doctor will be available by tomorrow morning only here I have attached the report kindly give your explanation to be helpful for me

Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you cahn give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if again required
and you can also do cold sponging of the body to reduce hhfever
