my 1.5 month old baby got her first vaccine yesterday. now she is suffering from fever. I have given her paracetamol oral 0.6 ml thrice within a gap of 4 hours. Still her fever is not in control. please suggest me, what should I do?

A. according to the symptoms of the baby it is advised to get a proper physical examination done which would be helpful for the doctor to to find out the the treatment for further management consult dr. gap should be at least 6 hours
