My 1.4 yr baby fell down heading backside at 9 a m and he was okk.He took lunch at 2 0 clock(kichidi and egg).At 5 0 clock in the evening he vomits twice.I gave him domstal as he has nausea feeling while I breastfeed him.Now he seems to be okk.Is there anything to worry.

A. Yes You better get a check with your doctor because your child and on the head and then you tell suddenly vomited twice so that’s not a good sign some time when the child out of the blue after getting hurt than that can be a sign for internal injury also so please get it checked once
