my child is 2 year 2 month he doesnt sleep at night at all he keeps playing hw dont even sleep during the day tried everything nothing worked he sleeps every moring 6 0 clock rather than sleeping at night its been 3 months now he has this routine.. please someone help

A. you need to consult your doctor and doctor will guide you regarding this thing in a proper manner and later on you can follow the advicfre given by the doctor so better to consult for a proper guidance
