my 1.4 yeat baby has white patches on teeth. he eats solid food and drinks only breast milk. he doesn't even let me brush his teeth or toungue. please suggest me to remove white patches on his teeth

ExpertDr Suruchi JunejaPediatric Dentist9 months agoA. Dear parent, white patch is the initial sign of tooth decay. To prevebt it from further progression, please start brushing twice daily and visit yiur nearest pediatric dentist for application of anticavity varnish (topical fluoride varnish)

If your child is not going to brush the problem is not going to be better you should get it checked with the dentist they’ll tell you what kind of a white patches it is an according to that I suggest you if you’re not brush the teeth of the child are going to cavity so you’ll have to do it
