ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. well you must be having cracked nipples or sores ok. so go for a ointment nipheal and yse pump. you must try to eat healthy, lots of fruit and stay hydrated. take enough sleep and no stress

Since Your child is already 2.5 years of age if you want you can definitely quit breastfeeding as of now and if it is paining too much it would be advisable for you as of now to quit breastfeeding completely it’s high time now that you’re fed your child for a really long time
