avoid spicy and oily food.
walk regularly.
drink lots of water.
take iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day

U Should actually consult your gynaecologist will advise you with the right medicine that you should be taking also on the other side I will say that write before if you go have a glass of chilled milk like even half a glass then that is also going to control the acidity issues that you’re facing
