K PGuardian of 0 children2 years agoA. Avoid frequent hair wash. You can eat some amla. I have been applying FoliFast hair tincture which my Gynecologist recommended, worked wonder for me. Hope this helps

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 4 m old girl2 years agoA. hi I would suggest to apply mixture of coconut oil and two drops of rosemary oil twice in a week on your hair. instead of harsh shampoo, use mixture of Amala aritha and shikakaki powder for washing your hair
