mujhe bich bich me ghabrahat feel ho raha... aise lagta hai kisi khuli jagah pe rahun..mera BP100/70 hai pls suggest me some help

Consult your general physician your BP is actually quite low which is why this is happening and also regularly have ORS water make 1 L of water and keep having it through the day your salt levels are really going down and low BP is very bad so you should even get a check with your doctor you actually feeling all these things because of low BP only
