you may initially feel your Baby's movement like a gentle fluttering at this stage of pregnancy
to feel this or check baby movements,talk to your Baby because by the 22 weeks pregnancy baby can hear your voice, sing lullaby or listen music with your baby which should not be loud

ultra sound testing. if there is no relief it is better you see your doctor for proper examination particularly physical examination if there is need for doing investigations to find out the problem and treatment ok
