muje milk supply bohot kam he ise badha ne k liye koi medicines he? bcos meri beti ko upper ka milk nahi chalta pls reply me fast

A. There are many medicines available for this improvement of milk but it is the confidence of the mother that is more important than anything else take milk water and fruit juices

A. hello you can take lactare tablet which can help to increase the milk secretion and also galact granules help too and you can include fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables especially sabaki and fenugreek which can help to increase the milk secretion
