A. kindly see that you are not suffering from any nutritional deficiency like iron folic acid calcium vitamin d and vitamin b12 and take supplements accordingly if there is deficiency. x you should have a proper sitting posture as well as sleeping posture which will help in decreasing the pain. for simple pain you can take paracetamol as well as you can take physiotherapyx. meet your doctor if it is not improving. advisable to take seasonal fruits and vegetables.

A. hi get your vitamin D 3 and vitamin B12 checked it should be result of it's deficiencies take healthy diet especially calcium rich food items more avoid drinking RO water take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day
