Q.

mu son is 1 year old and he has a small pinkish patch on top head. there is no hair. size of patch is peanut size.

A. hello this can be due to cradle cap and you can just try to apply pure coconut oil over the area which can be Alpha or you can even be using ant baby oil which contains tea tree oil in it it is also very effective and use a mild shampooe which is made of natural ingredient
