mu baby is always sucking her thumb and index finger even after feeding full. is she still craving for milk or is it a sign of any growth or disease?

A. Dear mum, sucking of thumb or index finger is a sign of normal and common behaviour among babies at this age. Do not worry about it. It is not a disease or anything as such.
