Mt son is 5:5 months old and he is on breastfeed but today I saw slight boold in his stools

Consult with your doctor in person for proper physical examination and treatment
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs regularly it also help baby to make muscle stronger and to reduce gas and constipation
Give adequate feeding
Maintain hydration
