A. fever is the response of the body towards any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body and only when the temperature is above 99F it is called as feve+r, so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose which can be again repeated after every 5 - 6 hours if required and do cold sponging of the body to reduce fever in between the doses.

Hi mommy Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc Wash hands often before touching your baby
