Mother of my daughter has fever since this morning. Which medicine should I give her so that there's no effect on baby ? is calpol or zifi good to give ?

A. give paracetamol as prescribed by your doctor maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output . . . . . .. . . . . . . . .. .
