my kid s having fever and stomach ache ,,, last night I gave her albendazol 5 ml,,, is this a side effect of medicine???

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby girl is 3 years old and you have given her deworming medicine and she got a fever and pain in her tummy so it’s not due to Albendazole but viral fever and needs clinical examination
