its better to consult your gynaecologist for routine check up and do all routine investigation required And start treatment as advised by your doctor

If You still haven’t got your period and almost 45 days then it is better that you get a check with your gynaecologist once an ultrasound can only reveal as to what could be the issue and also would like to tell you that the home pregnancy test are not hundred percent reliable also get a check with your doctor
