Monday I have given 3 1/2 months vaccination to my baby boy and today I can see small red bumps on his back and neck area over chest. which medicine or powder should I use to treat it

A. hi parent as it's just after vaccine , please consult your pediatrician and take her opinion as well keep her hydrated by giving her breast milk take care
