In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a proper examination or assessment is done to find out the exact cause so it is advisabgle to consult your docctor so that he could examine and evaluate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .

You should consult gastrologist if you want to because this is completely associated with Tammy of your child which is why your child is acting like this every time so if you want to go ahead with the further investigation Then it is important to get it checked
