Eat more of fruits and vegetables and lots of fluids too dailyTry to not miss on any medicine or its dose and take up lots of water and fluids on daily basis .

Have spinach, jeera water, fennel, fenugreek, mothers horlicks is good for lactation. You can have bread with milk, rice with milk, dry fish, carrot, oats, almonds,and other nuts, the more you allow your baby to suck the more milk you can provide, you can also have lactare tablets which is very effective
