Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Occasional spits after feeding is normal in small babies. Do not lay down the baby immediately after feeding. Hold your baby in upright position for sometime and gently rub on the back till the baby burps. Give good tummy time everyday. Continue breastfeeding your baby well on demand. Speak to your doctor for further advice.
