Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. leakage of stool while passing flatus is normal. the occurs usually due to decreased muscles strength in the anal sphincter of the child and the strengthz will improve with increasing age of the child.
so the child may pass stool like wise more than 20 times per day also whichz is totally normal.
