Bath. Add atleast 2-3 lt water in your daily routine. Include daliya with moong daal in your diet . Try to avoid juck food.You can take jeera ajwain water for better digestion and it will help to loose some weight as well. Good luck 👍

A lot of women have this issue so you can take a laxative after consulting your doctor that is going to be quite good for you to proceed with as of now and along with that you should start taking fruit juice in the night before sleeping and start the day with a glass of warm water that is also going to help in introducing constipation and include more fibre and fluids in your diet
