the urine output t should be more than 6 to 7 times per day. the child should sleep after taking breastfeeding.
meet the doctor for weight assessment.
if the above criteria is achieved then the child is having adequate breastfeeding

Please keep yourself hydrated by taking some water every half an hour
don't use demineralized Water for drinking
use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
take sunbathing daily with head and ears covered in the morning with your kid
leptadene tabltes twice a day with glass of milk daily for four weeks
