sheetal panditaMom of a 4 yr 5 m old boy2 years agoA. aap doctor ko dikhao .. proper test karwao apko definitely vitamins ki kami hogi .. aap achi diet lo . or apna b dhyaan rakho .. 2 bachon ko b dekhna or garh ka sara kaam b krna bahut zyada hectic hota hai..pls apne husband yaa garh k baki members ki help lo . or agr in laws supportive nhi to aap maternal side se kisi sister yaa kisi ko bula lo 2-3 months k liye so that apko khud k liye thoda tym mil jaye . bachey palna sirf maa ki he duty nhi ...pls apna dyaan rakhiye... jitna ho sakta fruits,,dry fruits,,dhudh,, butter,,ghee,,sab kuch achy se kho koi parhez nhi baby ko maa k khane se koi problem nhi hoti hai ..

If there is back pain you have to maintain a proper posture take a healthy diet and also do some regular exgeercise specially back extension exercises to strengthen muscles also you can take calcium and iron supplfements suggested by your doctor if still you are having weakness and other symptoms it needs a proper assessment

You are managing everything all by yourself and your child is actually too small as of now only seven months old and you are not getting proper rest which is why you’re feeling too tired you should take all the necessary supplements and to also hire a Help because bringing up to kids is not an easy job or by itself
